When you write your message, remember that the forest planners will respond best to:

• Positive Comments. So even if you have something that's not necessarily positive, try and keep the message as upbeat as possible.
• Specific Comments. Write about specific routes and specific areas. Don't leave planners having to try and interpret what you are writing about.
• Direction. Offer specific and realistic ideas or plans for the GMUG so that planners can not only incorporate your ideas, but address and lessen the importance of those who would argue against you.

Remember, the more emails you send, the more times you will be heard. Sending the same email as your buddy, if you have your email on it rather than your buddy's, will only count as one email. And this is numbers game, so take a few minutes and come up with your own thoughts. Thank you.
